Classic Full Set features a one-by-one technique, where one extension is applied to one natural lash for a soft, elegant, and natural appearance. Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume sets are designed using advanced handmade fan techniques to create fuller, fluffier, and more dramatic looks. Full Set appointments typically take: • Classic Set — approximately 1.5 hours • Hybrid / Volume Set — approximately 2 hours • Mega Volume Set — approximately 2 to 2.5 hours Refills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain the fullness, balance, and beauty of your lash extensions. During your appointment, you will relax comfortably with your eyes closed while your lash artist carefully isolates each natural lash and professionally applies the extensions with precision and care. The process is painless, relaxing, and many clients even fall asleep during their appointment. For your safety, eyelash extensions are never applied directly to the skin. All extensions are carefully attached only to healthy natural lashes using professional-grade adhesive and advanced lash techniques. To maintain the longevity, retention, and health of your natural lashes, please follow these aftercare guidelines carefully:

⏳ FIRST 24 HOURS (MOST IMPORTANT)

• Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 4–6 hours
• Avoid steam, sauna, hot showers, swimming, and heavy humidity
• Do not touch, rub, or sleep on your lashes
• Avoid excessive heat exposure

The adhesive requires up to 24 hours to fully cure. Moisture exposure too soon may weaken the bond and cause premature shedding.

🧼 DAILY CARE

• Clean your lashes daily using lash cleanser or diluted baby shampoo
• Rinse gently with water
• Pat dry with a lint-free towel
• Brush lashes gently with a clean spoolie

Not cleansing daily can lead to oil buildup, clogged follicles, irritation, and poor retention.
